So, it depends on your budget and free space you have to place it. I have a Panda dryer in my bathroom and I'm very pleased with it. Here is a proper review on it https://pickadvisor.org/best-portable-dryers/ It's little, fits well on a corner. It works well for me, but if more than two people would use it simultaneously, I think that the laundry volume probably would be too much for this machine. It shuts down to protect itself from overheating. Once it happened when I did several big loads in a row. But, it’s fine, just let it cool down for some time. All in all, I pleased with it. You can set different drying programs depending on fabric and time you have.Re: Uncomfortable SofaIt is hard to find a comfortable one without going to a furniture store. Take measurements in the store and buy it online, if it's cheaper this way. I did exactly like that with my recliner and I'm happy with my choice. I can sleep, nap, read or just watch TV with superior comfort.Re: Ceramic Heater SafetyWe use a Honeywell HeatGenius heater.(https://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-HeatGenius-Multi-Directional-Programmable-Thermostat/dp/B01M17VVJ7/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Honeywell+HCE840B+HeatGenius+Ceramic+Heater+Black+Energy+Efficient+1500+Watt+Custom+Comfort+with+6+Heat+Settings%2C+Quiet+Mode+%26+Auto-Off+Heat+Phase+Timer+for+Home%2C+School+or+Office&qid=1576643962&sr=8-1) It is easily controlled, has a two-hour auto-off heat phase timer, overheat protection. Also it has a quiet mode setting and is made of high quality heat resistant plastic. We love it!Re: Camping with a babyJust to add a little more. We usually take a travel bassinet with us, so that our little one feels comfortable as well. He sleeps better in it and we sleep better as well. And we take a high chair for him . It is carriable and portable what makes it very comfortable in travel conditions.Re: RV toilet paperWe used to buy an RV toilet paper (this one https://www.amazon.com/Thetford-03300-Aqua-Soft-Toilet-Tissue/dp/B073Z5KFGC/ref=sr_1_14?keywords=Thetford+Quick-Dissolve+Rv+Toilet+Paper&qid=1576464250&sr=8-14 ) and now we see no difference except the price! We used to believe that we should use a toilet paper that is made specially for RV toilets. That it ensures no clogging and it is rapid-dissolving. But after some time we just started to buy a regular toilet paper package which says "septic safe" just like the RV stuff.Re: Funny, sad and embarrassing.....I am just trying not to leave my DeLonghi heater alone in the room. I have a pet that can knock the heater over. But I leave it on when I go to sleep. It has an in-built timer so it shuts off automaticallly after several hours. (https://pickadvisor.org/best-space-heaters-for-basement/ )I don't have a story with a furnance firing up , but once our microwave oven was left unattended, when my grandmother just set the timer for several hours (!) to warm up her food and forgot about it. Fortunately, that day I came home earlier from work and turned it off. Everything was fine, but the plate was burnt black and smelled smoke.Re: Hey Smokers! (meat, that is)We use a Char-Broil Big Easy smoker and grill for camping. It is easy to assemble and use and it is surely worth the money. As a backyard grill this one is perfect for us. Meat is very tender, smokey with a nice crust on the outside. My wife likes everything I grill and smoke for her. (https://pickadvisor.org/best-infrared-grill/ )Re: What Portable Propane Gas Grill Do You Use?I use Solaire SOL-EV17A grill ( https://www.amazon.com/Solaire-SOL-EV17A-Everywhere-Portable-Stainless/dp/B003UNTIG6/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Solaire+SOL-EV17A&qid=1576126650&sr=8-1) It is propane gas grill and what I really like about it is that it preheats very quick, in just three minutes. Very convenient when you very hungry and want to eat now and don't want to spend much time to set it up and preheat. I use one-pound propane tank, but you can use a larger tank as well. Stainless still, easy to clean and easy to assemble. I use it more than 5 years and it still works as the day I bought it.Re: Anybody else have trouble packing for campingOne thing that I don't like about camping is packing. That's why I plan everything beforehand, make a list of things to bring along, just to be sure I'll take everything and won't be in panic in a last minute. It is convenient to go camping with friends, in a bunch of people, because you can share your meals and it's easier to buy food and other stuff. The best thing I've learned about camping is that every single thing that you can do to make everything smaller, more compact gives you more room and you carry less.Re: Yamaha Generator questionNot so long ago I bought a new Yamaha EF2000iSv2 generator. Maybe someone has already had an experience with this gen and can suggest how many appliances can I run with it?
