In our opinion quality is much better than Fuzion, Heartland et al Can you give me some insights? I'm starting the same decision process for purchase in around six months. These were two of the three at the top of the list (Jayco Seismic being the other)Re: New Catalyst from Work & Play tinner12002 wrote: Going to look at one this evening with the 12ft garage..will let everyone know what it looks like. Interested to hear your opinion. None anywhere near me to see yet.Re: New Catalyst from Work & PlayIt has to be. I think it's intended for their market that is transporting vehicles and lots of equipment to car shows or racing. The ones who are used to having to buy their other units that look more like cargo trailers that you happen to be able to sleep in. Definitely not going to be as luxurious as many other offerings, but if you need something that will take some serious abuse and have a decent living quarters, it's the only real option out there outside of a full custom job that would cost a lot more. All steel construction that tough simply isn't going to be light no matter how you cut it.Re: New Catalyst from Work & PlayWow! They finally built the hauler that many in the dunes/racing community have been asking for. Kudos to them for stepping up.Re: Luxury Living Quarters Hauler? Crazy Cooter wrote: Excel's Wild Cargo? Definitely a nicer coach, but still too RV and limited.....already have a 10' garage and the Wild Cargo's 10'6 garage is too small. Found Becker Trailers on a search and they might fit the bill....Becker Custom Trailers ....and I'm thinking inverted 5th wheel instead of gooseneck. The one's from Becker's are usually ATC trailers. Look real close in the pictures and you can see where they photoshop the ATC logo out. Not saying that's a good or bad practice, just pointing it out so you can find out more information on how they are built etc.Re: Cylcone 4200 - Does it exist?I wonder if it's like the fold out room that ATC trailers has started using on some of their aluminium trailers? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I49GWdaVCv8Re: Accessing the PCM on my 2002 8.1 2500.....I had one of his tunes on my Avalanche with the 8.1. LOVED it. Couldn't believe how much power was being dialed out with torque management. I did a few things to the trans to beef it up a bit. Never missed a beat. I specifically asked for a tune optimized for 87 pump and had no regrets. I'm sure I left some power on the table, but didn't want the expense of premium.Re: Mid 90's Dually??Somewhere over 250,000 miles on my 1997 F350 DRW. One thing about the dually's in that bodystyle is that they were never a factory option, which makes it tougher to find one. Most were converted by Centurion and a few other smaller companies. I had to fly 1200 miles to find one with a 7.3 and a manual transmission, but it was definitely worth the 5800 bucks the truck cost me.Re: 1995 weekend warrior 43 ft owners lincster wrote: Warrior made 43' trailer through 2009. Not sure where you got your info from. Yes, in later years it was common. I think the reference is to the earlier years of their operations. They didn't make them that long as a regular model until somewhere in the early 2000's.Re: 1995 weekend warrior 43 ft ownersPretty sure that length would be a custom order. Weekend Warrior would pretty much put together anything a customer paid for. I've been hunting around as well, one thing about the old warriors like that is they are a LOT lighter than the newer ones. I don't think it's as light as the person told you though, particularly if it's the one that has the bigger generator and a 200 gallon tank my buddy emailed me a link to earlier today (can't be that many of them for sale right now). But the older one's aren't as tall, and some say had fewer frame issues. That said, everything else has been bouncing around for 18 years, so get an inspection and look really, really close for any signs of water intrusion.
