I screwed the eye hook in the same strip of edge molding where all the others screws attach. I guess I could add silicone but the screw goes through the putty and I’m sure the trailer manufacturer did not put silicone on every screw.Awning coverIt’s probably been done before but I used the valance off my old awning to protect my new awning. Awning coverSo I’ve been through 2 awnings so far and decided to finally do something about it. The last awning I had was a 2 piece so I kept the valance and punched some rings in it. The zip ties are only temp until I pick up some clips. If your old awning isn’t 2 piece, a sharp knife and sewing machine should work. Re: Plasti-mendI had the same problem on my Ragen. I dropped it and had it plastic welded. Then I supported it with a 1/2 inch piece of plywood with indoor outdoor carpet. No more bulging between the cross members. So far so good.Re: Can you shoot firearms at Dove SpringsLove those last word kinda people. Always antagonizing.
