Ok problem not solved. It went back to cycling on and off. When it's on it's only charging at 12.5v. I believe it's supposed to charge at 13.6v so I think something's wrong with my power converter. I just ordered a progressive dynamics converter/ cha...
Problem solved. It was not supposed to be cycling on and off. It must have been a short due to low water in the battery cells. I filled them with distilled water and no more problem. Thanks for the tip!
