Need advice on trip to Moab
From Albuquerque, GSam trip routing takes us on 550 to Bloomfield then 64 to Shiprock, 491 to Monticello and 191 to Moab. Looking at the map it seems we can continue on 64 to 160 and west to Mexican water to 191. Another option would be continue on 550 to Durango, and 160 to 491 at Cortez then 491 to Monticello. For those familiar with the roads could you give me some advice on the best route. We are coming from central Texas but will be stopping in Albuquerque for a visit before heading on to Moab.
