The TT weighs 5850 (on the scale) loaded with camping gear, but without water and food in the fridge. TW is 700. By the scale - when I load the family up (wife and 3 kids), I am right at the GVWR (7200) of the truck. We pack everything extra in the trailer, just us in the truck. If I ditched the Leer bed cap - we could get back about 250lbs for the truck, but that is still not very much. The truck feels like it would pull quite a bit more - but don't see how you could stay in the numbers with anything much heavier.Re: Give me your feedback - Dutchmen Aerolite Bunk HouseWe have the 242BHS....upgraded from an Aerolite 174E Hybrid that we had for about two years. We love the floorplan - we only have three kids, but the Happi-Jack bunks make for a great space efficient feature. I don't think you'll have any issues sleeping your family. Our trailer weighs in at about 5850 loaded for camping with no water, and no food in the fridge. That is running it across the scales. We are big fans of the Aerolite brand and do not think you'll be disappointed.
