That means that you must either be plugged into an AC power source like the hookups at an RV park, OR have your generator running. Some newer flat screen LCD TV's, especially those specifically made for RV's, will run off DC power but yours apparently wont. That pretty much answers that question! I searched "How to drive a motorhome". It helped me ALOT! Once I got on the road, I felt like I had all the knowledge I needed to get from point A to point B.
