Quick and easy checks, after that a long tape measure is required.Re: How do you put chains on your RV's?If I have to put on chains, then it is time for a movie and hot chocolate!!Re: Yeti or Pelican Bumpyroad wrote: Sam's club carries a Coleman or igloo? knock off. don't see any engineering miracles in a cooler myself. get a cheap Igloo and glue some extra sheets of insulation board on the sides. :) bumpy The Igloo "Sportsman" from Sam's is the same design concept as the Yeti, keeps ice for days, tough as nails, cheaper and most of all it is made in Texas and not China as with Yeti and the others.Re: Any Problems with your 6.7L diesel on Ford F350 ?????The only problem I have with any of my 6.7's is the fact that the dang fuel tanks will not stay full./ I have 3 F-250's and 1 F-350 with a combined mileage of a little over 350,000. So, yeah I would say that the ones I have are pretty solid engines, but the one you buy may be a PITA, after all they are build by people.Re: Dogs rideing in RVFrom the OP the drooling is coming from the fact that he is half pyrenees, it comes with the breed. Also salavation is also triggered by food smells and besides, my kids drooled and I didn't ever crate them. So basically dogs are like kids, they come with perks and things we don't always like, but we learn to live with them. Get some more towels and let him enjoy the ride.Re: 5er to haul car+2 for the Work & Play since that is what I pull, but you might also look at ATC (Aluminum Trailer Company) they build some nice units as wellRe: Don't drink...coffee and driveThere are some areas that have what they call an "Open container" law does not state what kind of container whether it be beer or coffeeRe: House hookupI have to ask a question here, I keep seeing these posts that say that 30amp can be wired to 240v, but 50amp is 240v?????????WTH? Yes, 30 amp can be wired to 240v real easy, but isn't 50amp actually (2) 120v legs and not 240v???? I do know that electricity hurts and my tv will not work without it so I am just askingRe: Dealer quoted $700 to run wire for backup cam, Need AdviseGood job on doing it yourself, but I do have to ask a question from the beginning of this post, did the dealer give you a quote or an estimate?? I am not a RV dealer however I do manage a service based shop and I always have customers come to me and want me to quote some kind of repair sight unseen. If I have to do that then I am surely going to shoot long, now if they will let me give them an estimate we will be a lot closer. Just an FYI, there is a major difference between quote and estimate, just sayin'. Happy camping!!!Re: Propane frig on while driving? Dave H M wrote: I switched from diesel to gas and still don't worry about it when filing up. :W Now wait a minute, my fridge is propane.
