There are a lot of things at HF that are just junk but there are also some diamonds in the rough. There are numerous people that have used this generator without issue just like the NAME brands and just like the NAME brands there are people that complain. I have used mine for almost a year now and the 3500 watt unit I have runs my 35' 5th wheel just fine (ac an all)even through my EMS. The first batch that came across the pond had stuttering issue that were caused by the factory testing the unit and not completely running the fuel dry so it was stale in the tank. A good cleaning with some sea foam takes care of the issue. mountainkowboy wrote: My Champion 3500 is 7 years old now and still runs like a top, I'd have no problems using the HF jenny. But as others have said...there will be those that HAVE to have the name. Re: New to forum, just bought my first 5th wheel TT!Not sure why my picture is rotated after tell it the size. The fuse is located next to the plug that goes into the inverter.Re: New to forum, just bought my first 5th wheel TT! I would like to head to Florida to visit family over thanksgiving then return to Cincinnati the following week. Would be last trip for the season.Re: Morryde Easy Reel Cord Reel vs. Economy Reel vs. Lippert???Where are you guys mounting these on your 5th wheel?Re: Whats Your Real Weights? Truck and Trailer. The Real DealHere are my numbers. I did weigh full of fuel and DEF but on the 2nd weigh with the trailer I had ~3 gallons less fuel since I had to go pick up the camper at the storage lot. I also moved my generator (~100lbs) to the basement from the bed of the truck. Fresh water tank was full and only had my tools and a few other items in the camper. Numbers show 2280 pin weight and GVWR of 12760. I am over on my CCC but still under RAWR and GCVWR. Bighorn Traveler 32RS and 2017 F250 CCSWB Re: Verizon upgrading service, downgrading my mifiOne of the things with T-Mobile is you can turn on roaming and it is free. It uses other providers cell towers. That is how they can claim they are close to the coverage of Verizon. I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and although initially I was not happy (till they told me to turn on roaming) with the coverage. The cost difference if you have 4 lines is too good to pass up and you don't have to deal with the crappy Verizon customer service. jcpainter wrote: wa8yxm wrote: At one time Verizon Ruled when it came to coverage Today both T-Mobile and AT&T are .. Well very close.. I suspect about equal though in some selected places one or the other may work but not all 3. T-Mobile 55+ Plan 2 Lines Unlimited everything,, Hot-Spot throttled after 10 Gigs. All data MAY be slowed if tower is congested at 50 Gigs. and I burn abou 100/month. Do not normally notice the slow down. Two devices (the other is my Mobly in which I'm not pleased) with taxes and fees (Michigan) 87 dollars. IMHO, T-Mobile is a distant 3rd. It can be great in metropolitan areas and small towns, but get far from town or be on the roads between towns... not so much. I had it for a quite a while (for their "Binge On" feature and as a backup) and dropped it because there were just too many places we traveled that they did not have service.
