Sherptek is a lot of money. I got a quote for just the bed and it was 11k and then to add the options it was like 14k. You'll be best with a traditional flat bed.

Westinghouse 2200 watt has very good reviews and is around $500.

When this is done it will look brand new.

I get my blades from Rock Auto for like $5.00 to $7.00. I get them in bulk and don't have to buy for like two years. I change mine out every 6 months. Texas heat wears them out fast.
