Take off all the screens at the faucets and shower plus the low point drains and run city water to try to clean the lines.Re: installing those LED strip lights under the awningThanksRe: installing those LED strip lights under the awningI have the led under the awning and I have to say it's too bright. Maybe when it ages and yellows a little it will be nicer. I think just under the skirting might be a better place. It would look like a street rod but the indirect light would be nice and the bugs would be away from the door. We used our old rope lights last trip per the wife's request.Re: Help Stoltzfus in PA sold us a brand new leaking camper! In 2011, 2012 & 2015 we purchased brand new TT's and every time it's been a hassle. Our 2015 had a leaky slide roof among other issues and the TT's before it have had issues. These TT's (IMO) are not but together all that well or to a tight tolerance. It takes a lot of effort, interaction and keeping an eye on things to keep them in good working order. Remember, the dealer did not make the roof leak that's the manufacturer's fault. Hopefully the dealer will be there for you.Re: TornadoProgressive has a nice RV package that gives you your initial TT cost plus Feds and taxes if it's totaled in the first 10 years. Also has travel protection and trip interruption and TT towing. I pay $325 a year for a 2015 TT.Re: Outside Kitchen Door ProblemMy 2015 Laredo did the same thing. Get the tools out and adjust the top hinge.Re: First trip out and the roof leaksThanks guysRe: First trip out and the roof leaksOn the upside it's on the slide and that removes a lot of variables. So it's a rubber gasket and 3 feet of rubber roof and one seam. The unit is also on a tilt and the grade runs down to the seam. I need to get a ladder and take a good look. It's brand new, just got it last week. Good times ;-)First trip out and the roof leaksThis is the 3rd TT we have owned in the last 5 years. It's been a great 5 years but the list of things that have not worked right is very long. Where is the quality control? So we are sitting in the dinette on the slide and I see a small trickle of water running down the wall. I hope it's as simple as calking the area above where the leak is. We towelled off the slide and put it in so it can't leak and went home. It sits on our own private site so I would rather fix it myself as opposed to dragging it to a dealer. I could use some recommendations on what type of caulk or tape or adhesive would be best. The roof looks great and I feel pretty sure that the water is entering right above the seam in the area that the water was running down the wall.Re: Picked up my TT this weekend, Do I need air bags? No, on my F150 trailer sway is in the settings. It's specifically trailer sway. I have wondered about the traction control also but I leave that on.
