We recently bought an Imagine 2600rb and is has been a bit of a problem. I guess they rushed too many out the door without a thorough inspection. Control panel went out, shades on windows keep falling, refrigerator door broke, black tank washout connector cross threaded. Camper was damaged too when n we picked it up. I will say Grand Design has fixed most of it, but it has been a hassle going back and forth to the dealer. This was after listening to an hour long speech from the salesman how much better built they were. I just know our 2009 Puma 30fq never went back to the dealer for anything and the quality was much better.436Views0likes0Comments
