Fridge is cold and so is AC! A few adjustments needed on water pressure and tv but overall we are delighted. Thanks for all the advice!Re: Advice on part time use....do's and dont'sGreat advice.....keep the comments coming......rodents?.....ugh!Advice on part time use....do's and dont'sTomorrow I will have my new TT set up at a campground on a lake in Al. It has full hookup (elect., sewer, water, etc). I will leave it there for at least 6 months and come and go. What do I need to do (must do's) when I leave for days/weeks? I plan to leave AC thermostat on 75 and fridge on of course. What else ? Many thanks!Re: Choosing between two 31 foot RLDS trailersI am not familiar with the Freedom Express but recently looked at the Surveyor closely. I was deciding between the Dutchmen Denali and the Surveyor. It was a difficult choice as I was impressed with both.Re: RV InsuranceI would only consider tornado/wind/flood insurance if that is available. I will set it up on a lake in Alabama. I will be there occasionally. Value is $45K. I am leaning towards self insuring it. Thanks for the input.Re: What a bad start to campingWow....that sux. I am taking delivery of my new TT next Monday.....hoping I don't get that call!Re: Gm 5.3 vs 6.2I have the 6.2 in my Silverado 1500 High Country with 3.42. It's tow rating is just under 10,000 lbs I believe. My new Denali TT weighs 8230 lbs. I do not intend to tow it but I will move it around sometimes on my site. Ok? It does not require premium fuel only 89 octane.Re: RV InsuranceWould you buy insurance for a TT if you set up full time somewhere?Re: RV InsuranceWould you buy insurance for a TT if you set up full time somewhere?
