A couple mentioned is a good place to start. Mobile suites is excellent and Open Range. You need to give more details to get a good answer. How much do you want to spend? What are you going to pull it with? What is available to you where you can reasonably get it and get repairs to it? MOST full timers want lots of room, especially storage. Some can get by with less than 30 feet. Whatever you get you will probably have for much less time than you plan. Try to get it right the first time. Most of us just keep getting bigger and bigger. We are in Rio Grand valley too. CONSTANT cold (high 40) and rain with another cold front coming. No walking on the beach, bicycling, sunshine, only constant cold rain. Its been raining for a week. I left home for this??? How much of this stuff have you shoveled? If you prefer Omaha no one forces you to come down here. Even San Diego gets rain in winter. Whatever you pick go thru the motions of living there without sales staff. Lay on the bed. Do you have room for what you want next to the bed? Is tv etc where you want it and accessible? Get in the shower, does it work for you? Room to dress? Act out fixing diner. Do you have enough counter space? Are your pots, pans, food, spices accessible? Where will you do computer stuff? Is watching tv comfortable? Is there room for entertaining? How about outside. Do you want to cook or entertain outside? Is storage accessible especially with slides out? Are the seats comfortable for driving as well as entertaining? How does driver seat fit you with slide in? When, not if, something breaks how difficult will it be for someone to fix? Is it too complicated to get it fixed in your most remote location? Is it worth being so complicated? Simplicity is sometimes better for that reason. When you are 200 miles from nowhere is when things break. Plan on it. The best friend you ever had or well have is the only one you can live with in an rv. You must both be very flexible. After 4 down for 13 years we switched to dolly last summer. A little more hassle, but we don't move so much anymore and dolly has so many more options for vehicle. I heard Honda CRV will no longer be towable next year. Something to do with a variable transmission. We tried to call the Verizon number given on our jetpack. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer it hung up on us. I knew there was a reason we did not want Verizon. I may have found something but someone near a store would need to research it. https://www.metropcs.com Over the phone is not good, but unlimited data for $60 is hard to ignore. Mail order for drugs. Bring a copy of your medical records. 5 surgeries in 15 years. 3 hearts, one knee, one back. Keep records, they are VERY helpful. Because of heart I have seen doctors all over.
