We purchased 2 recliners and a sofa from Rec Pro during the pandemic.....We were unable to use our camper because campgrounds were closed. When we were finally able to take it out we took our grand kids. Our oldest granddaughter decided to sleep in one of the recliners without removing her make up. When we returned home and was cleaning up I discovered the finish was peeling on the head rest. I contacted Rec Pro with pictures and their response was you are SOL. I was flabbergasted with their lack of responsiveness to an obvious defect. I am now afraid to actually use them. Especially since my arm was in a sling after shoulder shoulder when I received my furniture..........my advice is stay away from REC PRO...654Views0likes0CommentsRe: Rec Pro RV furniture
I was so disappointed in my Rec Pro purchase. Because of knee replacement Amy reclinersnd covid 19 I was not able to use my recliners for over a year. When I was able to finally get my RV back on the road I saw after 2 weeks one of my recliner head rests was starting to peel. I purchased a clam and am pleased with it except I want to figure a way to carry it on my ladder. It is 7' tall and weighs 35 lbs. I do not want to cover the tail lights so it has to go on the left side of the ladder some how. I have a milk crate for the bottom and I cut the bottom out of a 5 gallon plastic paint bucker to contain the top but my issue is how to attach them to the ladder so I do not leave it laying in the road.......1.6KViews0likes5Comments
