We live in Florida. We have family very close to Table Rock. We have a 28ft travel trailer. If we brought it was wondering how this park would be. Or can you recommend anything else in the area or about an hour away in NC?

dry food pantry
In the summer we park the camper for a few months. Then only use a few weekends. So I try to pack a lot of dry foods. Sometimes I need a meal using only dry foods. It takes the refrig. overnight to chill. So when we get there we only have dry food to cook a meal. Butter is the most challenging. Eggs also. I have powder milk as a standby. But do not care for it.

what do use when it calls for butter but you only have non refrigerated dry foods? Or eggs?
