What to look for in purchase and past water damage
Hello, I'm looking to purchase a travel trailer. There is one fairly close to me that we like, a 2005 Keystone Outback 25RSS. The buyer I'm pretty sure is truthful, as I know someone who I trust who says he is a good guy, and has disclosed when he purchased it 4 years ago, he was told there had been leak before, that was repaired. He has had no leaks in 4 years. There is some slight water damage evidence in the cabinet of the bunkhouse, that has apparently not changed in 4 years. There is, what appears to be a bit of bubbling on the front of the trailer, which matches where the water leak would have been. I'm really trying to figure out if there is anything I need to look at for to tell me if this repair is good, if this is a good purchase, etc. The price appears fair, and the rest of the camper is in great shape.
