Both Dynamax and Grand Design use three different size rims. Rear inner is steel, outer is aluminum and front is aluminum. Some say they just carry a spare tire (no rim) and have a tire service put it on whichever rim has the bad tire. I hate waiting (and paying) and would prefer to do it myself. I do have the Bead Buster and I have used it with my impact to remove a couple large tractor tires so I should be able to swap the tire out myself on the side of the road. The other option (from a post on the Dynamax forum): This guy says to just get a spare to fit the front. The buy some through hole lug nuts. That way you can use the tire in any position. Thoughts on this idea? If we carry a full spare (tire and rim) will carry it either in the cargo trailer with the Xpedition or if pulling a TOAD in the back of it. Jayco Senaca XT and Greyhawk XL/ Entegra Accolade XT 32u and Entegra Esteem XL 32u Hi, I am looking at these Super Cs. Other than the small tanks I think the generator placement is the main problem. I can't find much info on people that actually own these but how quiet is it in the bedroom with the generator nearly right under you? I had a toyhauler with a gas Onan about 10 years ago and it shook the entire trailer and was really noisy. If you have one, got any feedback on the generator or anything else you like or don't like? Thanks Holding off on buying a new RV I am holding off on buying a new RV due to all of the frame issues. Even if the manufacturer agrees to fix it, then you are still out of your RV for weeks or months. I see no reason to buy a new unit and have issues. GD finally agreed to go back and offer warranties 5 years back but that was after they had made people sign non disclosure agreements- which was pretty crappy in my mind. Sure only a small percentage of RV's have issue but without a doubt I will not buy a Solitude, Momentum or any other heavy unit from other brands that utilizes the Lippert frame. Not sure what stupid engineer came up with the idea that you are supposed to use some lag bolts to help hold your camper together?? maybe build the frame stronger like on a gooseneck trailer??????????? Re: 40' toy hauler with 8k axles Yes this is it. Over 40' will not fit in our state parks- at least not most spots. We will also have living space in the rear with the Happijacs so shouldn't be an issue Re: 40' toy hauler with 8k axles Yes that's it. I need the large garage and want a short rig. Also don't want the rig in the living space 40' toy hauler with 8k axles I am looking for a toy hauler not longer than 40' with a 14' minimum garage. It needs to have dual 8k axles for more payload. Looking at the Momentum 350G and wondering who else has one similar? Thanks Re: Momentum 325G dsrace wrote: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2020-eclipse-attitude-toy-hauler-floorplan-lite-2814ss-tr43343 101" wide 33' long 14' or actual cargo length, not a cargo area plus hallway. https://www.alrvsales.com/product/used-2019-eclipse-attitude-wide-lite-2814ss-2349363-26 Thank you for those.Momentum 325GWe are looking at the 325G. https://www.granddesignrv.com/toy-haulers/momentum-g-class/325g https://changinglanesrv.com/415g-and-325g/ Who makes a floor plan similar to this? I can find plenty of open concept toy haulers but none that are 101" wide and short like this one. We have a Polaris Turbo R and a Polaris XP5 4 door Xpedition and need the option to carry either one. From the video description width or length for either one won't be a problem. Turbo R is 78" wide and Xpedition is 68". What about height? Anybody know the dimensions to the bottom of the happi jac sofa? Also can you remove the bed above the happi jac sofa, then raise the bed up for more height clearance?
