We have a 2017 Keystone Avalanche 300RE. While in transit we lost one of our emergency exit windows. We have contacted Keystone and they don't think it is a warranty issue. Has anyone else lost one of these windows?

We currently have a Durango Bunkhouse 5th wheel.which we no longer need. As a result we are in the market for a new 5th. The field has been narrowed down to a Keystone Avalanche 300RE and an Open Range 337 RLS. Any thoughts?
