Thanks to everyone who has responded to this post. Your responses have been very helpful.I am currently working with my dealer to get this covered through warranty. Keystone is not accepting responsibility. I wonder how Keystone would feel if the window came of in transit and caused a serious accident. A lawsuit would sort this issue out in a hurry. Not sure where to post this hope someone can help. We are Canadians going to Arizona this winter. Does anyone use their Shaw Direct dish in the states ?We tried hooking ours up on a visit to the states last week but couldn't receive any reception. Any suggestions on using Shaw Direct or can you get a snowbird package while visiting over the winter. Thanks.4.3KViews0likes10Comments
