Repeat - it's your batteries. I even disconnected my sink trap to see if something died in there when it happened to me. Before that I soaped up every propane fitting. In the end I walked by the battery compartment outside the camper and the smell wafted out the vents. It's your batteries.768Views0likes0CommentsRe: Need help with a smell.
It is the batteries. You need new ones. Same thing happened to me a couple years ago. One of them has a bad cell and it boiled off the liquid most likely. Make sure you get the polarity correct when you put new one in... hard on the gen starter and circuit boards if you don't.766Views0likes0CommentsRe: Can anyone tell me what kind of connection this is?
MKIRSCH - I have the same plugs on my Lance. 1.) they are factory install 2) they are for speakers 3) I do have a set of headphones - albeit 40 yrs old - that will plug into them one channel at a time 4) I also have external speakers with the male counterpart to these plugs that work quite nicely for R&L channels. If you have a set of headphones with the RCA mail end plug one in and see if you hear anything, then plug the other one in and see if you hear anything. My guess is you will hear right channel on one and left channel on the other assuming you have a cd or dvd player or TV set up inside.228Views0likes0Comments
