Wear a mask and stay away from the shoulder to shoulder crowded places. Disney World would be the last place I would go to. Too many people. My son who lives in Miramar, Florida says the virus is still every where, but the governor wants to open everything up. From what I see on the news FL was the model that all states should have followed. Protect the older people. My own state did not do that nor did NY and look at the results. Simple, just manipulate all the data so it meets the states criteria.Re: Anyone traveling yet RayChez wrote: azdryheat wrote: NY Gov Cuomo was just on the news saying, of the recent covid hospitalizations in his state, 66% of the patients came from home while 18% came from nursing homes. My math says that works out to 84% of patients have been in "lock down". Seems to me that staying home, as everyone is telling us to do, is the leading cause of contracting the covid virus. Maybe the CDC doesn't know every thing. If you don't want to go outside then don't. But don't get on me and others for our decision to go camping and venture outside, to live our lives. It's still a free country despite what some want us to believe. I agree that if that is what you want to do, GO FOR IT! And go to a party where everybody there want their freedom and hug each other and we will watch to see what happens to you guys. White house did not believe either, now it has hit home and everybody is wearing masks (except) you know who. Tough guy! The more "ginny pigs" ,the better it is for all of us.Re: C'mon back, honey; Give it some gas! gbopp wrote: That looks expensive. :S Will it be totaled? Was on the sales lot within a week. Everyone reading this forum knows there in no creditworthiness in any of these posts. Just a bunch of hillbilles bumping their gums. :SRe: And Texas Caves InNews tonite reported 33 percent of the US wants to open back up. So hard to believe 66 percent that want too keep it closed are so stupid. If the 33 percent get the virus and die, the 66 percent will be much better off. No crowded RV or State Parks. No long lines at fueling stops. Economy will collapse and RVs will be dirt cheap. Just think how great it will be. :hRe: And Texas Caves InThe sick will die and the healthy will live. See you in the hereafter. :?Re: The camping industry is going to be hit hard dodge guy wrote: Cummins12V98 wrote: Us Labor statistics. 1/1/2020 164,606,000 workforce. Out of work now 22,000,000. Percentage of workforce out of work = .13% 87% of workforce is still working based on latest numbers. BETTER ?????? Yep, still working but making less than half of what they were! So happy you feel these numbers are correct. Maybe you are among the 13 percent that are doing well.Re: The camping industry is going to be hit hard shelbyfv wrote: Cummins12V98 wrote: Do y’all realize the vast majority of people are still working??? Correct! All this hysteria about killing the economy. When this is over people are going to want stuff just like they did before and someone will be there to sell it to them:h Yes, they need to leave things as they are since the majority are working and not suffering economically. :SRe: And Texas Caves In rltorpey wrote: Cummins12V98 wrote: " I know we are loosing a lot Drs and nurses." Well simply LOOK at the Dr's improper wearing of the mask!!! He has not pushed the metal strips tight to the sides of his nose as REQUIRED to reduce unfiltered contaminated air coming in around the edges of the mask. I see it all the time these "PROFESSIONALS" on TV with mask on forehead, on chin, covering only mouth and as shown in pic. YA wonder why these people have gotten sick????????? Maybe instead of watching them on TV you should haul your butt on down to the ER and volunteer to spend 40+ hours each week helping them care for Covid-19 patients. I'll be looking forward to reading your critiques next week. X2
