I use high quality cleaners to clean it, for example 303 Multi-Surface Cleaner. Then re-spray the protection so my awning is thoroughly protected, the awning stays cleaner for a long time and even dries much faster.

I have the Double Recliner RV Sofa by RecPro, it's very easy to install as each recliner has 2 parts. The color matches the interior of my RV very well, the seats are very soft and comfortable.

You must take care to keep the RV piping from freezing. Empty your tank regularly, apply thermal tape to your pipes, or install a space heater, there are many ways to keep it from freezing.

I recommend RecPro charles collection double, I bought it on amazon and am very satisfied with this recliner. Very easy to install and matches our RV furniture. It is very comfortable for two and almost reclines to a flat position when snug against the wall.
