either would be good trucks. When we experienced computer problems with our 03, we opted for the 07 classic LBZ 6 speed. Towed trailer nearly 9K last year and loved the experience. I have towed 3 different 5er's over the last 10 years with the standard(short box) Never had a slider and never needed it. Trailers were 1994, 1998 and 2007 models. You will hear a lot of "you need a slider" but the best advise is to be watchful and careful and you will be fine.277Views0likes0Comments
