After spending an couple hrs looking at the Lance we just cannot give up the storage space. Also based on several comments from people whos opinion I value Host is not an option.Host Everest or Lance 1172We currently own a Arctic Fox 1140 and are going to move up to a Lance 1172 or a Host Everest. We are good with the additional weight no advice needed there. We have not had the chance to see any Host in person and we were wondering about the build quality as compared to the lance. All campers have there warranty issues and complaints I understand that. Just general build quality and things people have noticed about both. We have been happy with the Arctic Fox for the most part. The double slides just seem so much bigger and the added sleep space would be perfect for us.Re: Onan Propane Genset issue - won't stay runningI went to onan today to pick up camper and sure enough gen would not start for me. Brought out service manager and now they are looking at issue.Re: Onan Propane Genset issue - won't stay runningI am having the same issue the gen will run fine one day and then will only run if button is held down the next. Whats funny is it ran fine everyday the temp was below zero and then when the weather warmed up it would not start again. Took the camper to onan and it started right up and they cannot duplicate the issue. I cannot find the onan lp 2500 service manual online anyone have a link or can send via pdfRe: So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?Finished taking off the pic decals on my AF1140Re: Airing down?Great info guys keep it up.Re: So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?Threw the trailer and jeep on for some wheeling at rocks and valleys. For a good cause Ronald Mcdonald house. I will post some picks later. Re: So what did you do to your Truck Camper today? DWeikert wrote: Added a water pump switch to my outside shower. The main reason I wanted an outside shower was for the times I come back after fishing and need to rinse the mud off before getting in the camper. Sadly, when I wanted to do that last time out I realized I needed to get into the camper to turn on the water pump first. Problem solved. You can't tell from the pic but it is a lighted switch so I'll have a reminder to turn it off when I'm done. I just leave mine on all the time. Is there a reason I should be shutting it off. It really does not run til I turn on the faucetRe: So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?Started unloading getting ready for the 1140 next weekRe: Photo Thread - Post a Photo of Your Truck Camper HereHere is the new truck with camper
