I dislike the small bedroom and the lack of a separate room for the bunks (it's just a curtain). I love the TT for it's storage garage at the back and heavy duty design. It has 5000# axles and ridiculous 4500#+ of payload capacity. I'm actually moving the opposite direction of you... looking to upsize as the kids are getting bigger and I need some separation while out on cold/rainy days. A separate room for the kids to read/watch TV would be HUGE. Yes, one of the nice things we have that it seems would have to give up is the wooden door between the main area and the 4 bunks at the back. We love that for putting the kids to bed.Re: 24-28' Bunkhouse... Any love/hate opinions??Often we go to book at campgrounds and have to choose the "32+" size which exlcudes us booking smaller sites which are more plentiful and available. Plus our TV is getting old and we are thinking of replacing it with something else so it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility. The 32 weighs around 8,000.24-28' Bunkhouse... Any love/hate opinions??We have a KZ SPREE 32' Bunkhouse (324BHS) and are pretty happy with it. A couple of the kids have moved out and now it's too big but we still have two kids left at home. We went to the RV show yesterday and were a bit overwhelmed with all the bunkhouse models in the mid 20' size range. If anyone wouldnt mind sharing their likes and dislikes it would be much appreciated. Cheers to all.Re: Where get gas with trailer attachedIt seems to me most of the newer stations have all the vehicles facing towards the station - good for them so they can see you but terrible for RV's and trailers. I always look for the stations that have the pumps laid out in horizontal fashion - preferably so after fueling you can pull out fairly easily and not have to back up which is the worst. And not being really low on fuel helps too so you can go on to the next place if need be.Re: Stainless Steel tabletop gas grillGuys you are ruining his Christmas gift... it might be a great BBQ and work out just fine for John. He can't return the xmas gift from his wife....Re: Horrible Bumpy Ride in 1/2 ton pulling TTSounds to me like the OP wants (and needs) a new truck. So my suggestion is go get one!! I wish I had a reason to go get a new truck.Re: installing a brake controller and hitchGood post @myredracerRe: Gorilla Glue to repair DelaminationGo here and learn about their products which are designed for fiberglass repair.
