We need them badly. :) X2-would love to see the picsRe: 2010 Winnebago 40L. . .from Hell !Hi jetartessales, Sorry to hear of your troubles.I have read your saga from the beginning and it is truly a tragic story. You have gone thru a lot and still your RV has problems. It seems to me that you wound up with an RV with a bad case of "lot rot" (could have been on the lot for a year and a half by the time you bought it) that was also rushed out of the factory on a Friday afternoon. I know at this point this is of no use but after the first trip with all of the problems you found I would have brought it back to the selling dealer and given them just 3 choices 1) Fix it to your satisfaction and don't take it back or pay for it until it is (call the bank and explain what is going on), 2) Replace it, or 3) Give you your money back. IF it was truly a new never sold unit then all of these scenarios apply, if it was used then you can ask but it probably will do no good. Last year my daughter bought a new car. When driving on the highway it shut off. She had it towed back to the dealer, the said they fixed it and 2 weeks later it did it again. She had it towed back to the dealer and gave them the 3 conditions. They could not repeat the problem and did not want to give her the money back. After a call to an attorney and the corporate office of the manufacturer her car was replaceed. Again, I know this is of no help to you now and I think what is happening with you and your RV is terrible. I hope it all works out for you. I learned a long time ago that time is not your friend, the longer you wait the less chance you have of an acceptable resolution. Be persistent to the point of being a pain in the butt (call every day if you have to), and if needed call an atorney. ToddRe: OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY PD4501 now mineLooks like it is pretty good condition for its age (thanks tderonne for the pics). Would love to see the interior. Keep us updated. I will update on that when I am able. In the mean time I will post a few pictures of the unload. A reminder, this bus has no engine or transmission and has been sitting for a while. One brake would not release so we had to use a semi to pull it off the trailer. This was how it rode from Colorado to Montana. Many Thanks to Mark from Snortin Boar transport. The bus comes off the front of the trailer. The wrecker pumped up the air system and moved the bus back till the brake locked up Will have to do some air and brake work before we can move the bus to the repair spot, but it's home now. Glad you finally got her home. I could not see the pics. ToddRe: OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY PD4501 now mineWould be nice to see if you were able to get it to your site and if you had any progress updates.
