We have a Heartland Bighorn Fifth wheel 3070rl, we don't run the air conditioner. The main 120v electrical uses would be, the TV for area weather, blow dryer, toaster, hot water heater just to heat up occasionally, refrig, recharge the phones. Would the 2000 watt work for our needs? we would not be using everything at the same time.Mouse activityMy daughter and son in-law have a Spree Connect 322BHS, and they have had to store it short term at a farm house. After about two months of storage, upon inspection, mice were discovered inhabiting. I was curious to know if anyone would know where I could find a print of the floor, exhibiting the wholes for plumbing and electrical, so that caulking or whatever mending can be done on the inside, since the underbelly is inclosed.Re: Whats Your Real Weights? I checked the owners manual in the section with the lube chart for the proper grease to be used. I have a can of Pennzoil Wheel Bearing red grease labeled 707L that is a high temp grease. In the manual it says Pennzoil Red synthetic grease. Is this the same type of grease? Thanks, Browntljm.Re: GSESP CoverageI think you RE-ed two members in the same response post. browntljmRe: 6.0 GM questionWe have a 2012 GMC 2500HD 6.0 6 speed w/4:10 that we tow a 11500 lbs Fifth wheel. We are real happy with the strong performance. On level towing I put it in the Manual Mode/w the tow haul engaged, set it on cruise control at 65 mph, smooth sailing, at 8-10 mpg. We love it.Re: GSESP CoverageMarcus, I just have a question about the selection of the warrantee company that CW gave us when we purchased our Heartland Bighorn. When I went back to finish up the deal on it, the sales manager asked if I wanted the extended warrantee, and I agreed to purchase it. At the time I did not ask what company was the carrier, I just assumed that it would be Good Sams Extended Warrantee. We waited for several weeks for the paperwork to arrive, when it never did, I called Good Sams, and found out they had no record of the purchase. I made some calls, and found out that some company called, Assurance, (not sure about the spelling), I called them and asked if I was going to receive paperwork, they responded that they don’t send anything. My point is that I have had issues with CW service,we took our Bighorn in to CW or Council Bluffs, IA the first week in Nov2013, and heard from them about a month ago, they were just starting on it then, haven't another thing from them, my one year warrantee is almost up, and wish that I would have had Good Sams Extended Warrantee. Best Regards, Member BrowntljmRe: Carrying bikes with a 5erDoes anyone use a ladder bike rack, or is that too much weight on the ladder?Decision on a Fifth WheelDoes anyone own a Sandpiper 346RET, and do you like it? We are thinking about buying one. Never had a fifth wheel before, always a bumper pull.
