It will run one AC and a microwave plus lights and TV at one time and has keychain remote start. 120volt 30 amp output, makes no more noise running than a cell phone ringing, full load for 24 hrs. burns 4.5 gallons gas (I know this because the ice storm of 2009 required ne to run most of my home on it for 6.5 days) normal load 2 gallons. It is not cheap but no quiet good grade generator is.Re: Possible TT Modifications??I had the same dislike of Laundromats and when We bought a new travel trailer in 2006 that was number one on the wish list. Here are the cold hard reality facts and we did not get one. (1) you have to have a 50 amp electrical service. In the model we wanted it was not even a special order option. (2) You have to go to at least a 35 ft. rig to fit one in. The overall size of this is closer to 40 ft. Many campgrounds have limited sites in this size and the ones that advertise "Big Rig Sites" also have excellent Laundromats. (3)You have to go to a really big tow vehicle to handle the bigger TT. (4)The water to wash clothes has to come from somewhere and go somewhere. 90% of the TT's have 30 or 40 gallon freshwater tanks and the same size gray water as well. That will not last long if you don't have a full hookup site or like to boondock. (5) Attempting to retrofit a W/D to an existing TT that was Not pre-plumbed from the factory is a nightmare you do not want to attempt unless you have an indoor concrete floor workplace and a great amount of experience with TT construction. I have made many TT updates, BAL electric jacks, 2nd 30 gallon gray water tank, under trailer spare tire rack, rear class 3 receiver hitch but I would not try this one. As other posts have said, you really meet some interesting people in the Laundromats.Re: GFIC G-N fault at converterDo you mean that your power converter uses an ungrounded adaptor? If you can carefully inspect your converter see if it has the words "Made in China" on it, if so mark all the wires , remove it and use a 20 lb. hammer to reduce it to something that can never be hooked up to electricity again. Next go out and buy a comparable size USA made converter by http://www.progressivedyn.com/rv_converter or a couple other makers and install it in its place, this should cure the problem and prevent burned up batteries and smoking converters. When you isolate the ground you defeat the GFCI. My other question is why the converter would be on a GFCI in the first place, most are direct wired to an individual breaker, The 12volt DC cannot utilize ground fault circuits, they are AC only. The only RV receptacles that must be on a GFCI are the bathroom, kitchen and outside ones. Most RV makers daisy chain these to one GFCI receptacle in bathroom. Also if the GFCI has been subjected to a nearby lightning strike or severe voltage surges it is probably bad and needs to be replaced. Also the 2009 Electrical code lowered the trip point on GFCIs from 6Ma. to 4Ma. so newer ones trip in uses that older ones did not.Re: 2006 HOLIDAY RAMBLER SAVOY LX 32FKD BATTERY WIRINGI own a 2006 Holiday Savoy that I ordered new from the factory. The large Red and White wires are the factory prep for Solar Panels and the companion small red & white wires are the companion wires for the solar panel voltage monitor for the charge controller. The other end or the four is either under your air conditioner cover or the refrigerator vent up on the roof, they could be either place and hooked to nothing. I never added solar panels so mine still hang bundled up also. The whites are all tied together at that frame stud that is the common ground point for the whole trailer.
