We optioned a lot of the items in your second column onto a 35' Eagle HT BHXB. I didn't want the auto-level, but have almost everything else. We've just had it for a few months, but really love it!
I've got small padlocks throug the big pins in place of the clips. If they want it they'll have to cut them off, and then at least I can tell my insurance agent it was locked....:)

I'm thinking I'll need to get a Tri-fold. I really like my Truxedo LoPro QT, but the frame extends 1" above and 3" inward. I'm betting it would interfere or get rubbed.
