I have a 2002 Ford F-350 dually and was 352.00 last year. This is in Calif.Re: Fixing A FORD Truck 5.4 Liter Intake Manifold Coolant LeakGood to know about this fix, I have a 2002 F-350 with the V-10. I only have 38,000 miles on it and no sign of trouble but good to know there is a possible fix. If possible pictures would be nice. Congrats on your ingenuity.Re: Need advice if safe for my pickup to pull a heavy 5th wheelI have a 2002 Ford F-350 crewcab Dually w/ V-10 & 4:30 rear end and my book shows max tow is 13,500 lb. I think you will be way over weight.Re: Did California change its towing laws? Not to hijack this post but it is legal if under 65 ft. and need a class A also if you pull a fifth wheel over 15000 lb. You need a non commercial class A that is why they are targeting big toy haulers.Re: Hairline Cracks in GraphicsMost graphics are only good for about 7 years. I took off all my graphics and added new ones on the front and back. They said in the paper work they are good for up to 6-7 years and not to use wax. Sure enough by 7 years they were gone again.Trailer looks blah but not spending tons of cash for new graphics for a 19 year old trailer.Re: Generator dB ratingI just heard my brothers 3500 Harbor Freight Predator just the other day and I was really impressed with how quiet it was. I have 2 Honda 2000's and I swear it was possibly a little quieter then my 1 Honda alone. I wish they would come out with a dual fuel as I want to dump the Hondas so I do not have to carry fuel. I always have 2 extra propane tanks with me and don't have to worry about gas.Re: Truck tiresMy 2002 dually came stock with 235/85/16 which care 3042 lb versus the 215/85/16 which is a little over 2600 lb. I am always told when looking for tires I have the wrong size on my truck but my door sticker says different. 235'may give you more capacity and will still fit. Just a thought.Re: Tires again.I am in Calif.and got a price from Americas tire of just shy of 1200.00 I have alway bought my tires from they because they have always took care of any issue I had.Tires again.Getting ready for replacement tires for the fiver. Michelin tires sidewalls prematurely failed according to Americas tires. Due to health issues could not get 3 back to them for replacements. They replaced one under their warranty. Now looking for new ones. I have been looking at GY Endurance but also see Americas tires Hartland. They are steel interior and read the are made to their standards even though they are China tires which I do not care for. I was wondering if anyone has tried their Hartland tire and if so what success you have had. Working on a budget and 400.00 less then GY Endurance but still don't want to get stuck with junk if I don't have too.Re: Tree PruningI use a battery Ryobi sawzall with a good wood blade, works perfect. Done with any type of chain saw.
