Most everything said is outdated. Re: BCM Mail & Ship, Quartzsite AZ I have used Good Sam Mail Service for over 3 years and have had NO problems. Highly recommend them. Re: oxidizing I am faced with the same problem. 6 years in the NW, uncovered, having it washed and waxed every 6 months, and the finish was like new. 3 winters in the SoCal sun, uncovered, having it washed and waxed every 6 months, and the finish is seriously oxidized (and graphics are starting to crack.). I tried a variety of oxidation removal "kits" (on a small test area) and the results were hit or miss. Not safisfactory by any means. Then I tried Turtle Wax "Premium Rubbing Compound". It does a good job; however, doing it by hand takes me an hour to do about 6 square feet. (I'm no good with a buffer.) Since this is way more work than I want to put forth, I'm going to have it done by a mobile detailer, and I expect to pay at least $1100. (The guy I may hire is going to do a sample area, and then I can decide if it's worth the cost. (As I get older, 77 now, I'm more willing to open my wallet and pay someone else to do the work!) If it turns out good, I may start covering it over the winter since I expect the SoCal sun will oxidize it again in short order. 99 or I-5? I'm in Lodi, CA, and will be travelling with my 5th-wheel to Bakersfield, CA in a few days. Which highway is in the better condition, 99 or I-5? (Over the years, it seems like no matter which one I pick, it turns out to have a significant amount of rough surface.) Thanks Re: Flagstaff to Sedona? DO NOT take 89A! Also, I believe there is a 30-foot length restriction. Re: Electrical assistance Are you sure that you would ever need a second A/C? One A/C should be adequate for most trailers up to 28-feet long. Re: Recent Posts Option Missing? It isn't about the sort order of replies to an individual thread. It's about the list of threads that comes up on the "Community Feedback" main page. That page used to be sorted by newest to oldest. Now the first post may be a few hours old, the next one 6 months old, the next one a week old, etc. I'm not asking for a new feature. Just put it back the way it was. Re: Montana Route 200S 200S turned out to be a fine road; however, we were travelling from Glendive to Ft. Peck, and 200 from Circle to the intersection with 24 was absolutely the roughest road we have travelled in years. (It was actually signed as a "Rough Road Ahead".) Also, the first 40 of 50 miles to Ft. Peck on 24 was almost as bad. Hoping route 2 west will be better today. Re: Recent Posts Option Missing? I tried that, but it didn't work. I think because it is for setting the sort order within a single thread, a single topic, and the home page listing consists of postings from many topics.
