I guess the saving grace is that it's mostly setup in one spot for the summer, but I still need to get the issue resolved and keep the water out.Re: Schwintek slide top/bottom alignmentThanks for the quick replies. I assume the top and bottom spur gears are tied together with the shaft even with the motors removed? Unfortunately I've looked for access to the motors and it must be behind the weather stripping on the outside so lots of screws to remove. It's a big slide so not going to be fun. PeteSchwintek slide top/bottom alignmentHello, I recently purchased a used Shadow Cruiser TT and after a few trips I am having an issue with the slide. When putting it out, the top goes all the way out but the bottom does not. Its about 1-1/2" from fully out. I've tried the realignment procedures but they seem to be for a side to side issue, not top to bottom and it comes all the way in flush on the outside. I don't see any gear wear on the tracks (thinking it may have jumped) or other obstructions. Also now water comes in on one side in heavy rain. Any suggestions? This is my 1st trailer with a slide and I'm not off to a goood start! :)
