I purchased a Camco Hybrid Heat kit and the element for it has two spade lug female connectors. I ran some 120V wiring from the on-tank controller to my panel and hooked everything up there. I don't see why you couldn't just cut the end off yours and hard wire it all in like my setup. JoseRe: Ideas for lifting AC unit to the top of a RVI'm still spry at 45 yrs old and I swear by using day laborers. They make some bucks, I get stuff done. Winner! JoseRe: Messed up and need some wisdom about Torquing12 inch/lb = 1 ft/lb 72 inch/lb = 6 ft/lb I would doubt your larger torque wrench will be capable of going that low, accurately. You would want 6 lb. on the end of a 12" wrench. JoseRe: Hott Rod Water heater element installI installed a different brand, but same function. I also use both for initial heat up, but can then run on just electric. I was worried that 450 watt was not enough, but it works great. Wen generator on Amazon The specs. look really good and a claimed 51db noise level is even lower than a Honda EU2000i. I think I need to get me one. JoseRe: Installing Tankless WH w/dedicated electrical PowerMaybe current model dual heat are a problem? JoseRe: Oxygenics Shower Head ShutoffThat is kooky, Brian. I like the trickle too, but mine stays warm. JoseRe: Looking for the best hole filler on the inside of our RVFor small holes in wood I would ... 1. Stuff in several pieces of tooth picks dipped in wood glue with a little sticking out 2. A day later I sand flat 3. Finish appropriately JoseRe: cutting plexiglass ?I use an oscillating tool. Works great on all sorts of plastics and acrylic. JoseRe: Electrical help neededI'm also in the "replace with better" camp. I replaced my coach electrical distribution box with a Blue Sea unit and feed it with a 150A Bussman. It's absolutely worth it to have a highly reliable, sealed breaker. I very much agree that auto-reset is no bueno. If there is a problem, I want to know that a breaker kicked and I want to test that circuit. Jose
