Was only asking is people have noticed that yes they have this policy but if you dont act like a jerk they wont bother you. finding another campground this late in the game isnt so easy.Myrtle beach - Lakewood alcohol rule?So the end of july i am going to myrtle beach and staying at Lakewood, i was just looking at their rules and saw they have a no alcohol rule. Is this enforced, as in i cant even have a beverage at my site? i get they would be trying to keep the party crowd away, at 52 im not planning to roll any kegs out of the rv.Re: 2017+ Powerstroke 6.7 Fuel FilterWow i havent been up here for a while, glad to see things havent changed, everyone still flaming each others vehicles....lol i cant speak for the ram, but i have never had an issue changing fuel filters on either of my ford 6.7's i also dont use 18" pump pliers to remove the little plastic locking clips.Re: Old truck vs new trucknew diesel will not like being idled around town nor will it like short trips. They do like being worked hard and long highway trips, im certain this is why ive never had an issue yet, for around town i have a motorcycle or we take teh wifes car.Re: Old truck vs new truckits a tough call with the old truck comes the not if but when something fails and needs repair. with a new truck comes the BIG $$$$ cost of buying it, not just limited to monthly payments but insurance, tax and reg fees. Yes i like having a new truck every 5 or 6 years, i try to pay it off before trading in. i personally have not had emmission related issues yet with the new diesels and my prior 2011 diesel had over 120k miles. This is the advice i gave my father regarding his 2007 GMC drw, he wanted to buy a new one last year since his is getting older and becoming problematic. I told him if it were mine(his has 37k miles) i would take what his monthly payment would be and buy parts, replace the worn items and stay with that truck for a while longer.Re: Trailers, Trucks and Toy's Oh My...lincster....have you driven one with the wide track front, if not try one. However you will want one after and then the feel of needing it begins! i wont go back, so if/when i trade my 2016 in it will have to be for a 450.Re: Trailers, Trucks and Toy's Oh My... lincster wrote: Sign and drive baby!!!! What makes America great. U only live once. Do what makes u happy. F450 is overkill, unless u just want it. The new F350 will be within all of its ratings with that trailer. the old f350drw was capable also, but to get the wide track front axle you now have to get a 450.
