If it is a Kwikee, then the motor is probably the failure. They fail quite often and are easy to replace.

Love our combo Splendide. Works very well. Just be ready for the shaking of your rig during the spin cycles!

High Falls SP for sure. Red Top SP can be an issue for big rigs, it's hard to navigate and get a level spot.

We have a 2018 Jayco Precept 35S. We have had no issues with it in the three seasons of use. We tow a four down toad with no problem. We chose the 35S due to it's floorplan (Jayco no longer makes the 35S). Lots of storage and:* Swing away storage...

I have used the Thetford toilet seal lube. It works great. It will revive a dry seal. Regular use will keep the seal in great shape.
