I'll be a little more scientific about your camper. Weigh it. See how close you are on the rear axle weight and if and how much weight was removed from the front axle. Can you move things forward, don't use the rear bumper storage etc. I'm not sure what percentage off the front is acceptable but I'm sure there are many folks (probably over 50%) on this forum lifting the front end. Having worked as a Mechanical Engineer in our litigious society I'm going to stick with the instructions provided by Torklift. Surely they want to cover their ars. And I do too. "Yes your honor, (or Mr insurance man) my camper was in snug and all 4 fastguns were tightened to the recommended setting when the texting driver crashed into the back of me and my camper ended up on top of their car."321Views0likes0Comments
