Taking I-95 home. Would love a decent pool so the kids could go for a swim. Best-JeremyRe: Bar HarborBar Harbor KOA X3. You get what you pay for. Water views and direct access for kayaking etc.. Live music on Friday nights and lots of free activities for kids. Bar Harbor Campground is much more affordable and very nice. But not waterfront.Fort Wilderness in JulyMy wife is starting to talk about visiting Disney in July. Will it be ridiculously hot? Should I stop the madness? There is no other time we can go and we are itching to get there. Don't want to spend the whole week sweating though....Re: Carbon MonoxideThanks so much for responding. I just bought a plug in with display as back up and will probably have the one that came with the unit replaced.Carbon MonoxideMy detector went off twice last weekend while camping. During the middle of the night and when I pulled back into home at the end of the weekend. During the night that it went off the heat was on but the tank ran out of propane during the night. Not sure if it was before or after the alert went off. The detector itself says built in March of 2011. Should I replace the detector? Should I have the RV checked for a leak? Any advice would be appreciated! I'd like to put together a list for our blog and podcast. Any help would be great. I'm interested in any campground in any state. Thanks in advance for your help! Best--JeremyRe: The Future of RVingThe podcast is up! Definitely integrated some ideas from this thread! Thanks for all the comments! If you see the future of RVing differently then we do let me know here--but be nice:) http://rvfamilytravelatlas.com/2015/01/rv-family-travel-atlas-episode-16-the-future-of-rving/ Best--JeremyCherokee NC, CampgroundsTrying to decide between the Cherokee KOA and Yogi in the Smokies for a four or five day stay. Would love to hear any recent opinions about those campgrounds. If you have any fun kid centric activities to recommend I would also appreciate it! Thanks--JeremyRe: The Future of RVingI was thinking that more campgrounds would stay open for campers who boondock and are willing to camp without water. I think there is money to be made in what is now considered the off-season in the Northeast. Best--Jeremy
