Family friendly and can handle large rigs.Re: Flying with PetsLook at United. They have an excellent section on traveling with your pet and all of the requirements. They have dedicated drop off areas and pick up areas at 5he major airports. Also very important to get a direct flight fo r obvious reasons. We have had excellent service with them.Re: Palm Springs lot ownershipAs a previous owner in Outdoor Resort PS lot 926 (sold when we bought a home in Palm Desert) we found the resort a lot of fun with many activities. The lots are big enough as not to be living on top of your neighbor. We were in out early 50’s and very well accepted. As for younger children, overall they were well accepted. Of course there are always exceptions but our experience was very positive.Re: Palm Springs lot ownershipWe currently live in Palm Desert and previously owned at Outdoor Resort Palm Springs which is actually in Cathedral City. This resort is open to all with many amenities and social events. They allow motor homes, 5th wheels and TT as long as they are newer. There is also Outdoor Resort in Indio and Motorcoach Resort in Indio. Both of these only allow class A MH. Neither have age restrictions either. I would recommend checking out each one on line for a better description. Best of luck.Re: California East bound Hwy 74 to Palm DesertIn a motohome alone would be a challenge. With a vehicle in tow adds to the challenge and certainly not a fun drive. Go around, I drive from Palm Desert to Temecula frequently and in a car it is only 15 minutes longer going through Temecula, Winchester Rd to Hemet then hwy 76 over to hwy 10. We have a 30’ TT and would avoid that section of hwy 74. Safe driving.Re: How do you secure a wall clock? We use one screw for the slot and Velcro tabs at the bottom. Has never fallen off or rotated out of position.Re: Removing stickersWD40 removes glue residue on any surface and will not harm the finish.Re: Looking for nice summer RV park/golf courseTry the Benbow RV park in Benbow, Ca. Along the 101 in N. Ca. Nice RV park with an adjacent full length 9 hole public course. Plus a river right across the roadway and some fantastic MC riding. We are originally from Sonoma county and this always a great go to location.Re: RV Parks in or around Washington DCCherry Hill X'3Re: Hauling waterI always travel with at least a 1/2 tank of fresh water.
