Never, ever title a vehicle in both names. If the driver of said vehicle were to cause an accident and be party to a lawsuit; the most that can be recovered is 50% of the value of the estate if the vehicle is titled in only 1 name. If titled in both names, then 100% of the estate can be recovered. Nothing to do with border crossing but still the best advise an attorney ever gave me.392Views0likes0CommentsRe: Tear in new floor ?
I noticed that you are in northern MI so I foresee a problem with your floor cracking in several spots when it gets extremely cold. Any fix that is made may hold up but it will probably crack somewhere else sooner or later, but probably sooner. I replaced my floor with Allure sold at Home Depot. There is a warning not to use it in RV's but mine has held up well in the bitter cold of northern Arizona and also here in the sweltering heat of FL.
