Easy to hook up and works great! JimRe: Goodbye Little Trailer...I'm very happy for you Jim. My wife and I have done a trip with the Coachmen Owner's Association and really enjoyed it. We are very happy with our Coachmen Class C. JimRe: Winterizing in central TexasI'm 30 miles south of San Antonio and the only winterizing I do with my Class C is to put an electric heater in the coach on nights that go below freezing (which isn't often.) I run the heater with thermostat set low and open all the cabinets so the heat can get to the pipes. I've been doing this for 5 years and have never had a problem. Of course my only hookup is the electric. JimRe: Problem with Fox News app on IPhoneI'm having the same problem with the Fox News app on my Kindle Fire. They must be having problems with their apps. JimRe: 13.5 AC UnitOk, here is what we had to do. We live in South Texas where it is really really hot. We have a 2011 Coachmen Concord. It came with a 13,500 BTU unit (ducted). It wouldn't cool it, so I had it swapped out at my expense with a 15,000 BTU unit (ducted). With a 100 degree day with no shade, it would still get to 88 degrees or higher in our coach. And yes, we had the AC unit checked out. So, I gave up and had a separate non-ducted unit installed on a 20 amp circuit that plugs into the coach and post at the RV park separately from the 30 amp plug for the coach. Now, we have NO trouble cooling our Class C at all. I highly recommend this! JimRe: Took delivery todayWe love our 2011 Concord. The only modification we had to make is that we had an additional AC unit installed as our Concord was very hard to cool in the Texas heat! (We had an additional plug installed that plugs into the post at the parks, so we can run our 2nd AC.) We love the counter space and all the storage. JimRe: New Concord 300DSWe have a 2011 Concord with the sewer setup that you are asking about. I too was concerned about it when I purchased our Concord, but we've had no problems with the sewer dragging even though it is low. We love our Concord! The only major mod we did was have a 2nd AC installed. . . one was not enough in hot Texas! JimRe: FM radio for FTAnother vote for the Tunein app. I use it daily to listen to my favorite radio station. JimRe: Forest River Sunseeker 3010DS WorkmanshipWe have a 2011 Coachmen Concord and we had to add a second air conditioner. We live in Texas and on hot days (95 plus) our 1 ac would struggle to keep the coach below 90! I even had the original 13.5 changed out to a 15,000 (at my expense) but and it really didn't help. We like our coach, so I had a second AC (non-ducted) installed last summer and it has make all the difference for us. We only have to use the 2nd AC during the day--it is much colder than the ducked unit in the coach. The second AC is in the front where a fan was--moved the fan to the bedroom vent. I have a separate 30 amp plug to plug into the post for the second AC since my unit is wired for 30 amp. We are very happy now. JimRe: Best toad braking systemI am towing a 2006 Jeep with our Class C and just had a Blue Ox tower system with the SMI Stay & Play brake system installed. I am very, very pleased. The brake system is so easy to use and you don't even know it's there when you drive the Jeep when it isn't being towed.
