They allow you to have repairs performed locally and will pay for it.Re: Oh my...they live in a motorhome! We full timed for 2 yrs in a 5th wheel before coming off the road to care for an elderly family member. We never felt our friends looking down their nose at us. In fact, many said they were envious of us for having the freedom to make such a choice. Several said the inside of our Mobile Suites was nicer than their home. I don't care what strangers think and give only slight value to negative thoughts from family.Re: MorRyde IS install , day 1We had MorRyde IS on our last Mobile Suites. Really like that system.Re: Trailer wheel balancing question.I took the wheels/tires off our recently purchased trailer to have them balanced and metal valve stems installed. The guy was surprised I wanted trailer tires balanced. I hope he convinced himself after seeing how many weights he had to install to get them balanced.Re: Sold monster, went smaller :) FunnyCamper wrote: but ya know what--I can live with it LOL At some point I realize it isn't about 'having it all' --it is more about 'truly enjoying what ya got' :) Yes. That right there.Re: Considering TPMS for my fiverWe had TST on our previous 5th wheel and it worked well. Bought a new set with the new style monitor for our current travel trailer and it is also working well. No complaints.Re: Leveling and chocks, what do you carry?Andersen levelers seem to be working out well for us. Very quick and easy.Re: Disney! be careful!!!Gators are very mobile. We had gators routinely stroll through yards in our neighborhood and the nearest steady water source was more than a quarter mile away. After a heavy rain, our neighbor walked out to his back yard and was surprised by a gator resting in a large puddle. I understand how people in other parts of the country find this strange. Those living in the south accept it as a possible part of daily life.Re: Sold monster, went smaller :)Congrats on your new rv. We recently downsized also. We were full timing in a 41' Mobile Suites for 2 yrs and decided to settle into a house again. No longer needing such a large 5th wheel, we decided to go smaller. We opted for a Weekend Warrior travel trailer toy hauler. Our first hauler. Even when not moving a bike around with us, we enjoy all the space the garage offers as well as using the ramp as a deck. This trailer is nowhere near as nice as the Mobile Suites, but I'm actually enjoying it more at this point. More relaxed not having so much stuff to worry about every time we hit the road. At only 33', maneuvering into tight spaces is typically done in one attempt.Re: DRV factory tourWe've been through the DRV factory a half dozen times having owned 2 previous Mobile Suites 5th wheels. We currently have a Weekend Warrior on order. The factory is exceptionally clean compared to various factories we've toured. Fit and finish on completed units is some of the best I've ever seen in the rv industry. Even compared to DRV. As stated previously in this thread, the new Weekend Warrior is not connected to the old WW company in any way. They obtained the rights to the name but the company is actually The RV Factory. It is owned by the same guys from Nexus RV.
