I'm in process of buying a new Cedar Creek. Can get a 2nd year warranty for $250 from the factory. Covers all the things that 1st year covered. Dealer's warranty was $2700 for 5 years.

Cedar Creek 38FBD
Has anybody seen the new CC 38FBD unit. That looks ideal for our needs. Would get it without the 1/2 bathroom(replace with walk-in pantry) and put freezer in place of w/d combo in front.
