Still not too good?Re: RV and non-RV toilet paper comparison videoAnd there is the masticate type toilets that I doubt care a single bit? It uses a small 1 inch pipe.Re: Hooking up solarProbably should have an correct sized fuse in that line as well.Re: No Service Address Changes on DirecTVWow, just did the very thing last week. Called and the first person that answered did the deed without question. Be careful to call Directv and not the general AT&T number I think. I have been doing the service change for many years now. Usually for a 3 month period when I go to AZ, yep in an RV.Re: No locals DTV Quartzsite.I helped a friend with this very problem a few years ago. His problem was connecting an RG6 cable to a RG59 cable with such a coupling. Since one has a larger diameter pin it was not making good contact. A long piece of RG6 with no connections fixed up all the problems. I have always been able to get Phoenix channels while at Q.Re: Are my Batteries going bad?Unless you have increased the wire size from the truck to the 5th wheel I doubt if you are actually doing ANY charging going down the road. Between the frig and current draw of the even unloaded inverter could eat up all the available current from the trucks alternator. Been there done that. I had to parallel additional 10 ga wire from the truck back to the 5th wheel battery bank. Before about 7-8 amps, after greater than 20 amps. A clamp on current probe would answer all the questions.Re: Oil change while on the roadHow long is the trip? Think the gas V10 can go 7-10K miles between oil changes? Do it before you leave and take an extra quart with you.Re: Do dealers even order regular or extended CAB's anymore?Be careful. I think some of the cab/bed lengths have smaller gas tanks. Can't go far on a sub 30 gal tank?Re: Replacing Battery Interconnect SolinoidYes that's good advice. But my Trombetta would click and slam the contacts shut but they were so gunked up with black plastic that it was still an open circuit. Filing the contacts made the connection good but I destroyed the housing getting to the contacts! Hello new White Rodgers 15V solenoid. Works great!Re: 2014 Thor Tuscany Engine Confusion QuestionWe have a Tuscany 40DX with the ISL9 450 HP. I think the Aria is a somewhat dumbed down Tuscany with the ISB engine. Way to little engine for that size of coach at least out west with mountains in my opinion.
