HOA "storing" issues.Thats why i live in the country on 5 acres we can do what we want , no restrictions . i would not live in a sub-division that had an HOARe: Building a RV garage input needed. Pictures helpfulmake the building as big as you can and i would put 2 doors , built mine before we had a camper we are on our 4th camper and none of them have fit in the building :( , my building is 40x60 and not big enough . that being said good luck and finish it on the inside like you want because if you wait and do it after you move into it makes it hard do after it's full of stuffRe: My family thinks we've lost our mindsMine knows we are nuts , we bought a TT 5 months ago and just traded it for a new 5th wheel :)Re: Size of truck Shadow_Grey wrote: whsk wrote: Quick answer-get a 1 ton dually and be done worrying about payload and pin weight-hauls fine!-whsk Why stop there...get a 450/4500 or 550/5500 or Kenworth/Volvo/Peterbuilt..."and be done worrying about payload and pin weight"... I have seen MANY 1 tons that were overloaded way more than what any half-ton I have seen. agreedRe: I just have to say it one more time 352 wrote: Thank you for the idea of a cheap way of making a storm door out of the RV screen door. We are in NC and the temps average 55 to 60 high and 35 to 45 lows. The only time we close the main door is when we go to sleep. Keeps the warm air in for winter and the cool air in in the summer. Total cost $30. Mount the Lexan by Velcro double faced tape or mirror hangers. Cut the Lexan with a razor knife. I used a round coffee container lid to get the radius for the top of the door. About an hours time. Do you have any pictures ?Re: Is this a good deal for a used Pullrite Superglide?a friend told me his 12,000 superglide was $3000.00 installedRe: campfire cookingthese are some of the things i'm looking for ,Re: pullrite superglide hitchgreat idea Vulcaneer wrote: You may also consider installing a bed mat. It will fit underneath the hitch rails in the bed. I did that. My mat is about 3/8" thick. But here's the secret. Do NOT cut holes in the bed mat, where the mount posts come up. Instead, make 3 knife cuts in the mat to form a flap that folds up for each of the mount posts to come thru. Then when you do remove the in bed rails, the flaps fold down over the holes. And you won't see any evidence that there was a ever a hitch installed. Looks like a new bed mat.
