We checked into that with BoA and have a 3.5% LoC which we used to purchase our MH. Although it's variable, it can be turned into a fixed term/fixed rate at any time. THIS IS MY 1ST POST however I wanted to say thank you thank you..For I am going to be a 1st time buyer. I found this thread very useful and informative. I am planning to purchase a 2009 Newmar Caynon Star Toy Hauler Class A. I am so excited and look foward to learning more and more on this great forum.
