We checked into that with BoA and have a 3.5% LoC which we used to purchase our MH. Although it's variable, it can be turned into a fixed term/fixed rate at any time. Right now, that means 5.5% for 15 years. At 5.5% would be an excellent rate. The lowest prime rate I can find is 7.75 if your credit score is between a 700 and 719.Re: First Time Buyer...Updated 03/06/2006I agree extended warranty not all the time but most of the time is worthless and never seem to get my money's worth. I will not be getting an extended warranty on my Rv. I plan to just budget for repairs.Re: Choosing Gasoline or Diesel Powered? Thanks for clarifying this to me.Re: Complete List of Toy HaulersPlease add to the Toy Hauler Motorized Haulers ((09 NEWMAR CAYNON STAR TOYHAULER))Re: First Time Buyer...Updated 03/06/2006THIS IS MY 1ST POST however I wanted to say thank you thank you..For I am going to be a 1st time buyer.
