It was the deadbolt that was stuck. Had to have the lock drilled out..new window, new lock and labor was $270.Re: Burlington, Iowa Campground Cobra21 wrote: We camped right in town there near the river a few years back. A nice clean paved campground that I'm quite sure was city owned. Good convenient location. In Burlington? If so, do you have the name or location..my daughter lives in Burlington and we need a place to park when we visit. Thanks!Re: Texas RR 337We live on Rt. 16 north of Medina so have driven #337 many times going to Utopia to the cafe or Lost Maples State park. Leaves were especially beautiful this year.Re: Broken key, locked out of TT, no spare :(Our deadbolt broke, we had to break the door window and still couldn't get the deadbolt to release. Had to drill the lock out. New window, lock and labor ended up being $270..good luck!Re: Where to stay in St Louis?East St. Louis IS the armpit of Illinois but the Casino Queen does have great security. We've stayed there numerous times and had no problems. The East St. Louis police department is next door to the casino..just don't go wandering around outside the Casino grounds at nite. We rode the trains all over St. Louis starting at the Casino terminal one afternoon and had a blast.Re: Short queen mattressYears ago (2 other rv's)we purchased a sheet of 6" foam from the local upholstery shop. It is pink, don't know if that indicates a density or not but it is pretty firm. It was $285 including the shop cutting it to a short queen size. We then put a $99 3" memory foam topper on top and it is the best mattress we've ever had in our home or rv. This is the 3rd rv we've had it in and it's still like new altho we use it 6 mo a year..very light weight, I can lift it to access under the bed with no problem.Re: Anyone know Duluth and Lake Superior Southern Shore? The Tall Ships will be in Duluth Aug 11-13 this year. They are really something to see when under sail. Duluth will be congested and local campgrounds will be pretty crowded during their visit. clickRe: Verizon Prepaid $65 Unlimited Jetpack DataPlan Ends 5/21/19I signed up yesterday by phone. When I told the rep that I had read that the plan would be ending on the 21st she said that was the $75 plan and that the $70 ($65 auto pay) would be continuing indefinitely..just goes to show you can't believe anybody these days, especially wireless company reps and rv salesmen!! Anyhow I'm signed up and using my trusty old 5510L..we'll see what develops!!Re: 50 Ways to Use Your Leftover Rotiss ChickenCook bones w/water in instant pot to get broth then make chicken soup, chicken tortilla soup or chicken & noodles with leftover meat.
