Re: What is your best Potato Salad recipe
Boiled potatoes, chopped onions and dill pickles, hard boiled eggs chopped,small jar of chopped pimientos. Miracle whip salad dressing and a touch of mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. East St. Louis IS the armpit of Illinois but the Casino Queen does have great security. We've stayed there numerous times and had no problems. The East St. Louis police department is next door to the casino..just don't go wandering around outside the Casino grounds at nite. Years ago (2 other rv's)we purchased a sheet of 6" foam from the local upholstery shop. It is pink, don't know if that indicates a density or not but it is pretty firm. It was $285 including the shop cutting it to a short queen size. We then put a $99 3" memory foam topper on top and it is the best mattress we've ever had in our home or rv. I signed up yesterday by phone. When I told the rep that I had read that the plan would be ending on the 21st she said that was the $75 plan and that the $70 ($65 auto pay) would be continuing indefinitely..just goes to show you can't believe anybody these days, especially wireless company reps and rv salesmen!!
