I heard RVW is nice too but never got a chance to visit.New York to Fort Wilderness in DisneyHi. We will be planning a trip for spring from NYC to Disney with our new Fifth Wheel camper. Two adults; one dog and no kids. I am the only driver, so I will make two stops on the way down. I hope to keep my driving time between 6-8 hours per day. We are content with an RV park as opposed to state parks. Any recommendations off I95 in VA.; NC; or SC. would be appreciated, thanks.Looking to camp near Milton DelawareHi, and thanks in advance. We have friends that moved to Milton Delaware, and we want to visit for a few days at the end of September. It will be my wife and I with two dogs. My choices are: Brumbleys Family Park Campground in Milford Homestead Campground in Georgetown Tall Pines Mobile Home Resort Big Oaks Family C.G. any advise ?? TomSkyline Eco Camp and Blue OX WDHHi all. I'm buying a new Skyline 19DS Eco Camp, and I wanted to match it up with the Blue Ox sway pro (6000/600) clamp on model. I was wondering about the battery bar and the tanks. I need the measurements from the center of the ball back 27" - 31" and make sure there is nothing on the frame. Any help appreciated.Re: Ripple in Fiberglass on fron't of TrailerSorry to hear about the problem with your Shadow Cruiser. Please keep us informed of your progress. I am esprcially interested, since I will be picking up my 2014 Shadow Cruiser 195WBS in two weeks.Re: Choice between two campersRv.net friends Thank you for all the information I will go this weekend to see the Passport 199ML. It might make sence to go with that because it is hard to find R-Vision campers here in the North East NY. At the R-Vision web site, I searched for a dealer in New York, New Jersey and Pa., but there were none listed. How far am I willing to go to a dealership from where I live in NY ? That could be a problem for service issues.Re: Choice between two campers wrvond wrote: I'd have to go with the Keystone Passport 199ML. The problem with the R Vision is that the slide blocks the refrigerator when in. I can live without television, but don't want to extend the slide to reach the fridge when stopping for lunch. And that slide is very deep, especially compared to the Passport. While it creates a really nice sitting area (especially with the table removed), I have a distrust of any slide that is nearly as deep as the camper that is holding it up. The Keystone slide, being less deep, will weigh less and have fewer potential mechanical problems IMHO. I like the way you think !Re: Choice between two campers lawrosa wrote: pass port is better because of regular tub and not neoangle crap. But TV veiwing will be a pain on the couch, but coach more comfy. The vision has the slide... More room and better TV angle. Neoangle showers stink IMO.. And not a fan of the dinette being used as a couch. Not comfortable Jayco 221 has nice floor plan IMO for your weight and two people... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=8RFD8KJtJRg#t=1433 That jayco IS really nice, but too long and a little heavier than I want to go.Choice between two campersThe choice is between: Keystone Passport 199ML or a R Vision 200S ? Which would you choose and why ? (If you need some background: I'm looking to buy new. My TV is a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder V6; empty nester looking for a camper for only 2. I'm keeping to a 20-22 ft length maxium and a dry weight of 3500 or under. Looking for a walk around Queen bed with a slide need an oven too. I went to the Hershey Pa. show, and another NJ show just this weekend, so I've seen many manufactures and types of RVs.)Re: Shadow Cruiser questionsThank you for the reply. I thought the Lance 1885 was a great camper. BUT.....DW was not happy with the price, and I am afraid that's a little too much weight for my V6 Pathfinder to pull. I'd be at 86% of my total towing capicity. I'd rather stay under 85%. If I got the sofa bed option, it would be even heavier.
