I was driving in a funeral a while back, so we needed to have our flashers on. 25 miles of click, click at 40 mph. :(Re: YNP bandwidth controversyIf the towers were done tastefully I see no problem with it. Going to Yellowstone is something that I would love to do but is not very feasible due to amount of time it would take away from work just to drive there, and back. It would be hard pressed to have enough vacation days to spend at the park. But with my job I can work remotely, so if there was good enough internet on the cell phone I could use vacation time to drive there, and still get my work done during the day while my family gets to enjoy the park. (and at 1 pm I get to go enjoy it too).Re: Flojet Macerator PumpOk not to bring up too old of a topic. ;) But I am starting to give some thought to burying a line and using a macerator pump. I would have about 120 feet and it would be uphill about 5-6 feet. For the people that buried their line what about freezing issues? Did you go below the frost line? Do you blow the the line out with compressed air? I live in MI, so freezing is certainly something that would have to be dealt with. Thanks :)Re: Financing Survey50% down 3 years. - Paid off in one, unfortunately due to an insurance payout on a totaled car. :( My own financing. 200 a month was my cap for a toy.Re: Cell phone reception database? You could try this. http://www.sensorly.com/ It is only as helpful as what people have submitted info for, but if it is helpful remember to help out and submit info back to it. :)Re: Side mounted A/C - does the roof thingy serve any purpose? My KZ Spree Escape has the same set up. The A/C is in the same spot and has the vent on the top as well. I always assumed it was for the AC to breath as well. When running mine just drips from the lower corner of the a/c about an inch from the trailer sidewall. I have never noticed water coming back inside the trailer. It cools the camper really well, and is small enough to run from a 15 amp plug. :)Re: Boars Head hot dogs? A hot dog discussion.Dearborn and kowalski are both pretty good, but Koegels are by far the best. Stay away from cheap hot dogs, Ick.Re: Splitting Firewood.Log Splitter all the way. I also have a outdoor wood burner, and split and stack 30 face cord (10 full cord) a year. Then a couple face cord for campfires, and for the fireplace inside. I still get the splitting maul out from time to time, but when you are trying to split elm, or a fruit tree there is no way you are going to get that stringy / twisted wood split with out a hydraulic splitter.Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012It is hard to see all your stuff in the pass through storage, so put a LED light strip in there, and a toggle switch. :) Also wired in a 12 volt plug to charge a cell phone while sitting under the awning. Re: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Here he is. His name is Wendell. 20 foot KZ Spree Escape. :)
