Any email I would send to them they would respond back right away. They have sent me any parts that I have needed. I have decided to fix some of my issues myself instead of always running back to the dealer. I would buy from Evergreen again when I'm ready to buy a new RV! Two things I really like about my Evergreen Ever-Lite are ComposiTek material instead of all that plywood that can rot and my TPO Vinyl roof. I continue to get compliments at the campgrounds on my Evergreen TT. That's very encouraging! We are currently looking at the Evergreen Ascend 231BH model. It is a new "leftover" 2013. It meets all our needs as far as floorplan and weight. From what we have read in our research it seems to be a pretty good brand. Anyone out there own an Evergreen product? Are you happy with it? Any major problems we need to be aware of? Also, in addition to this being our first TT it will also be our first time buying new from a dealer. I have to admit I'm overwhelmed with the negotiating aspect. I've read that 25 - 30% off MSRP is what you should go for, but how does that work with a leftover model? Should I expect more off? This model is no longer avail. Will that help or hurt us in the end price? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
