I have two Honda generators, one a eu2000i and the 2nd a eu2000i Companion. They both have the metal handle which is an extra expense as well as the lock which is made similar to the bike lock, only more durable. Can a person still steal them? Of course. As the previous writers "said", you can still buy a Honda Generator aslong as it is CARB certified until Jan 2028. After that, you can still use them, but you won't be able to purchase them in California. I found a propane detector which has the same dimensions of the Atwood, but the numbers are turned. In other words, the Atwood measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/2 in wide. My propane detector went out on me. It was an Atwood 31013 propane detector, which is no longer made. All the others that I find, have different configuration, so don't fit.
